Hello Skiddo, When I quit smokeing little over 3 years ago on this website, I rewarded myself every 3 or 4 days, for I did not wait a week or once a month for a reward, sort of figured after smokeing some 40 + years, I was worth a reward very often, My rewards were never big, Enjoyment to me was going down to Del Rancho Restaurant around 8 or 9 a,m, in the mornings, sitting at a booth, and ordering my breakfast from a telephone in the booth, sort of figured the money I was saving from smokeing, could afford to eat breakfast out every few days, But the most enjoyment was, coming out of that restaurant and not lighting up a cigerette, like I had always done in the past, and just breathing fresh air into my lungs, Yes, that was my favorite reward, and I still do it today on ocassions, So If You want to join me, Come on down to Oklahoma, an I will treat You to a home cooked breakfast at DelRancho's restaurant, You take care, and Congrats on those 28 days,
