Hi Patty I saw your thread buried in ".. all in my head" and thought that this might help you some so bumping this thread and adding some. You asked has or does anyone dream of smoking, I had real vivid dreams where I woke up and really though I blew the quit. As far as do we continue to think about smoking..? I don't, but there can be passing moments of momories of smoking but they are so insignificant. With your 33 days in, yea sure, I'be suprise if you didn't think about smoking. The thoughts pass more and more as time goes on. Am I going to be constantly thinking about smoking as time goes on? Heavens no, you will think less and less about it. You may go for days on end without a smoking memory, the days turn to weeks, and weeks to months. That is the picture.
