It is great to hear that you are ready to quit chewing tobacco. There are many individuals who are attempting to quit chewing and are having a hard time. 2 months is amazing, we are very happy for you.
Have you spoken with your doctor about the use of herbal snuff? There are some questions and concerns with the use of any type of herbal product as you quit smoking or chewing. Please contact your doctor to make sure you are staying safe during your quit.
