Golly---I am sitting at my desk crying my eyes out! That is the saddest story, Maria. I am going to print it out and put it in my wallet. The next time I decide on a whim that I would rather smoke than go through all of this torture, I'll make myself read it. Give Michael some extra loving---that little boy needs it!

Maria, wow, this is the reality that we have all denied as smokers. what a horrid way to go...so very sad. the only good that comes of this is that by hearing about it others may stay quit....I hope that little boy has a lot of support. Maria, please let me also say that this is very sad, but it a true reminder of what smoking does to people after years of abusing our bodies by contiuing to smoke. It's so sad. Wow, what a reality check. This is such a reminder of how smoking effects the people that are left behind. Yes that would be a horrible way to die, however just think of the impact that your final days would have on your family. I love my son to much to ever make him witness his mother like that. Maria, Thank you for sharing :) That poor child having to deal with the picture in his mind. These can be wake-up calls for all.
