Try after you sign into the site there is a "Launch" button, click onto to that and the Instant Message Center will pop up. You do have to close down all pop up blockers you have and you have to be using Internet Explorer.

You are absolutely correct... stopping smoking when you both did, as the outcome could be far worse if you hadn't.
