If the advice sounds a bit tough sometimes...it's cause it IS tough to win this fight. You can't pull back and whine and make excuses...you can't "bargain" with the demon and come up a winner...he will take you under in a heartbeat. it's frustrating as a quitter to watch someone begin to flounder and not be able to yank them back to the reality of the quit......
I realize sometimes what I write sounds like a smack up side the head....sometimes it is intended as such LOL.....if an answer ticks you but yet grabs you and shakes you out of the slip? then it serves it's purpose.
NO one who has fought this battle intends to be cruel to new quitters.....we suffer right along with you when you stumble and skin your knees....but we know you can't give up over a little bleeding....you can hardly take time to doctor the bruises in the beginning....just keep up the good fight....
in the end you will see it was SO worth it
