Sometimes napping, resting and relaxing are far more important than any of those "have to do's". How important is it really to dust, mop, etc. Especially early in your quit, as your body is recovering and healing, sleep can bring the peace that you need to carry on. Quitting is hard work, and sometimes we just need to rest.
