Time for a reward of a different kind. It's still important to take those breaks and get those rewards. For your dinner party, bring coping strategies with you and have a reward planned out ahead of time. Give yourself something to look forward to for coming home smoke free. Also never hurts to have an emergency plan, like ending dinner early if temptation proves to be too much.

Hi Pam,
I would love to be a mentor but I can't get the IM to work. The only thing I can get is where it showes who is on the IM. I have done every thing several people have suggested and still can't get it to come on.
