oh yeah that dreaded first weekend of the new quit! Make it all about YOU. Pamper yourself totally this weekend!! Do things that you normally wouldn't do...(things that keep you away from the smokers and the smoking situations) you certainly don't want to repeat this week and caving would mean just that. Remember there is NO bargaining with nicotine....no just one....your quit has to be total....it's about you want to quit worse than you want to smoke
