I can't say I notice a big difference.

I suck on sour altoids. Has anyone tried them? They are really sour....but I eat a few at the computer. To watch my weight I buy "smart ones" deserts. They have a key lime pie one that I grab for instead of the cholcolate stuff. I seem to crave very sour things. Funny too....as I never even use to like lemon drops. I was definately a chocolate chic!!!!
