I never found this section before and this is the one I have been really looking for. yesterday I was so so so hungry iate very fast ( forgetting) The food just "stuck" and whooosh--a Major anxiety attack followed by a very fast visit to the bathroom...Does anyone else ever get this. It seems my body functions alert my attacks to begin..i am also a bit depressed. and it seems thatwhen I wake up I am immediatly anxious.
I so much want this cycle to stop

hi venik..i answered your other post too..i used to have the exact same problem..too many smokes ,too much tea..the burping would start,the shooting pains in my chest and then the attacks..but i did notice that my depression played a major part in my attacks..i controlled my acidity by taking a 10 day antaacid course..i still smoke as much and drink that much tea..but my depression is under control and so r my attacks.also try and keep your acid levels under control by eating something every 3 hours..it really helped me...hope this helps..please ask me anything else you want to i seem to have got this problem under control for now(touchwood)but i do know how horrible it is..love sanju
I have Noticed that if I smoke cigs or drink caffine alot, or eat food that gives me bad stomach acid. I might have an attack. Can having bad stomach acid casue an attack....I begin to burp also...or get a sharp pain in my chest while the bubble passes up..this alone gets my attacks going. Anybody else have this problem....sorry if this has been talked about before..I used to the search but couldnt find anything on it.
