I'm on day number 10 and I do promise to have a smoke free weekend.Weekends are slow for me at work. Since I work a week on and a week off. I'll be getting ready for my trip home on Monday.I've been doing this for some time and there are alot of triggers involved with the change, drive, and weekend.
