Lucy, I am sorry that you have to start over again, I also live with a smoker see if maybe the smokers would at least smoke out side away from you as far as leaving cigs around that is where you have to be strong enough to walk away from them use the tools at the left and post and read often, when you want your quit it bad enough it will happen.

Its been a week and I'm starting over again. Its really hard because I live with smokers. How do I get them to listen to me? Smoking bothers me because I want to quit. How do I get them to understand that not to leave there smokes around the house. First thing in the morning is the hardest. How many times do I have to quit?
