Wow Jan - that's amazing!
It was just a couple months ago that I found myself in my very first social situation with smokers. I somehow avoided it all this time, and then there I was at a party at someone's house, and everyone went outside to smoke and now I felt like the outsider because I was the only non-smoker there! I won't say I wasn't tempted, but I made it through.
There you are making it through after just a week - you are really a very powerful woman! :)

Hi Jan, That was a tough one being so close to the smokers over the holidays but you kept your resolve going! My quit day is this Thursday morning when I wake; taking Champix and hoping it will do a good job for me. Did you quit the first time cold turkey or what??
