Hi everyone. I just wanted to pop in and say thanks again for all the support yesterday about my lack of sleeping. I did take one of the OCT sleeping aids last night and managed to sleep solidly from 11:00 pm to 4:00 a.m. It sure makes a difference in how I feel today. I decided to take a mental health day from work today, just because I deserved it.
I mentioned in an earlier post that my first week's reward was a colourful little plant from the grocery store. Each Thursday (our quit day), I buy another one (hubby insists). He wants to fill the house with them! LOL Anyway, today we will buying our 4th plant - and you know what that means - A WHOLE MONTH QUIT FOR BOTH OF US! Yup, I said it out loud and proud!! :) :) :) :) There's a smiley face for each week quit!
