Some happy news to share with my friends here

Hello fellow SSC-ers. I received a phone call last night from my oldest daughter to let me know she was on day 4 without a cigarette. She was very supportive of my quit and asked me a lot of questions about my experience. I bought her Mr. Carr's book a month ago to perhaps plant a seed. I asked her once if she smoked, or found it easier to smoke, because I did. She said no, but as a parent I have always questioned whether or not we give permission, so to speak, by engaging in the activity ourselves. I know parents all over this world go through this with their kids when it comes to behaviours, habits, addictions, etc. that may cause problems. This has been said said soooooooooo many times before but because she said it to me, I have to share. "Dad, if you can quit smoking, I figure anybody can, including me." Hot Dang-er!!! That is music to my ears. Please keep Moss' daughter in your thoughts and good wishes.
