I am also online now, and I signed in to the SSC IM, it seems to be working rather slow and fitful but I did log in. If you need to talk, I'm available for a little while. Hand in there, it does get easier with time. We didn't get to full blown addict overnight, so we can't expect to be done with it quickly, either. Remember, smoking will not help anything, it will only add addiction back into your life.
