Jo, Have you tried relaxation techniques? What about breathing techniques? For tonight, prepare by reducing your anxiety level as much as you can. Try a hot bath, some soothing music or a warm beverage? Tomorrow do sign up for the Panic Diary where you can record your daily level of anxiety. You can also find how helpful it is to use breathing techniques to help you deal with your panic and anxiety. Hi Everyone, I have had such a bad time lately every single wekend I spent all day feeling faint, numb, shaking, not with it, crying like I never gonna stop as I cannot control it any more like I used it, feel like I drunk all the time, I do not take meds but have considered it a lot lately, cried for about 4 hours on and of one night, but since a major blow out on Monday night I have had a good week few moments but keep telling myself it was feeling and let if pass and went, just started the cbt, my left hand always feels like its not mine especially last 2 fingers like they not attached. I went swimming on Wednesday then today at work came over all skakey and light headed but my tummy was playing up a bit and bothering me.
