How are you? I've been reading some of your more recent posts. In you I see, a very strong willed person. This kind of attiude speaks very highly of a home run quit hitter. Are you off NRT now or is there a little more to go? I spent 3 weeks on 7 mg stuff for a couple hours per day.

Stickin I'm off NRT and I've been keeping myself so busy, I haven't had time to think about it. I 'm having a garage sale today and tomorrow, I am decluttering my basement as I have already gone through the rest of the house when I first quit LOL. So I haven't been here all day. I guess Misty can be reached on IM as I can't install it on my computer I don't know, Thanks for your post and on with the quit one day at a time :)Marie
