I didn't have a plan either Bear, I just kind of ran out of smokes one Friday night and said, "well, I got the weekend in front of me, might as well try and quit tomorrow since I'm out of smokes". I didn't find this sight until 28 days into my quit, but I must say, finding this sight was a life saver, what a great bunch of people, and all the positive support we all give each other...it really helps a lot. I think I can truely say if I hadn't found this site, I would probably be smoking again. I have learned a lot of new things here, and I can see new ways of looking at the quit. This site is a true blessing. My Mileage Smoke-Free Days: 68 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,290 Amount Saved: $652.80 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 22 Mins: 31 Seconds: 47

I did'nt do one dam thing the way I was supposed to.I did'nt have a plan.Hell I was'nt even sure that I wanted to quit yet here I am 141 days free of nicotine. So what can we attribute this too :quest: This site pure and simple.I remember a gal by the name of Changing challenging me right from the start man she was good. :)My point is this if your out there sitting on the fence about quitting come on down it won't hurt you. You'll get to meet some really neat people and all you'll need is a little self respect for yourself ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/20/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 142 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,556 Amount Saved: $1,420.00 Life Gained: Days: 32 Hrs: 10 Mins: 31 Seconds: 17
