hey there nullpointer! i am having trouble with this one too- the goal setting and planning seems like a foreign language. it's hard enough to figure out what i want for myself, my life let alone put it into words on a page. keep at it, i plan to... maybe we can compare notes at some point!?
I clicked the "Start Next session" link and I actually read the whole thing. I was sitting around just wondering what there is to be afraid of by just clicking a link. I decided that was pretty stupid and if I can't click a mouse, then I really can't do much of anything. I did it and I'm pretty happy about it too!
I'm not sure that I can do the treatment goals & plan, as well as the pleasurable activities, but I am going to give it a try.
