This week I started working in my core beliefs and I realized this is a long term project. I expect to have the strength and motivation to keep challenging my negative core beliefs in the weeks and months ahead.
I think keeping challenging negative core beliefs is one the most important activities of CBT and it's the difference between seeing life as a glass half empty or half full. So it is worth the effort.
