Hello! I've just registered for the 16 week online course...I am currently on LTD for depression and anxiety, in addition to being treated for severe iron deficiency anemia. I have had 2 other MDD episodes in the past and have tried CBT during those times as well. I am hoping to find some help with my ongoing negative thought patterns through this program.
