This is my first day on this service, and I am a bit nervous but want to give this my best shot. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for about 5 years. I have tried various methods before but end up right back where I started and reverting back to my old behaviors. I want this time to be different, so I am going to try to immerse myself as much as I can and look forward to discussing topics with others with similar experiences.
