Ok i smoked for 17 years through sickness, happiness & sadness. I never wanted to think about life after quitting smoking, in fact it was a scary thought. Well life is good after quitting and i have no regrets and thanks to all of you it was a bit easier and i never felt alone. I don't feel as though i need the support like i did so i may not be on here as much but i always enjoy logging in to atleast check my milage and will continue to do that. I am a forever member of the "06" Ashkickers!!!!

I feel the same way! I'm at 45 days (Go Ash Kickers!!) and feel like I don't "need" to come here as often as I used to. Hell, I used to be here all day long! I've been trying to visit often to help support others and to just see how everyone is doing. I'll continue to check in often.
