HI almost three months for me i havent been on here for awhile but all of a sudden felt the need to thank everyone i still get cravings but no more that a few seconds and there gone i think it is more of a urge all i seem to have to do is remind myself how hard this was the first week and i never want to go back there im totally off the patch now and feel great so again thank you all even though i rarely posted i read all the input out here and believe without u all i could never have made it so thankyou and good luck all in your efforts to be smoke free i am hoping that one day i can look in he mirror with confidence and say im a non smoker
