Congratulations Kizzer. I hope you are rewarding yourself for a great quit!!!

I have rewarded myself. I bought a new SUV and we purchased our first hot tub. But the best reward is yet to come. In about 10 weeks I'll be a first time Grandpa!

Hello!
It's been awhile since I've stopped in and thought it was about time. I am still smoke-free and feel great. I have no urges, not even the slightest of one. In fact, being around smokers makes me ill.
I checked my Quit Meter upon signing in and was shocked at what I'd seen.
I hope you too are doing well in your quit. I know it is tough, but it is the best feeling in the world to know you can quit this nasty addiction. If i can quit, I know you can too. Have a plan, have support and have faith. It CAN be done!

Hi, Kizzer.
Congrats on 116 days. Looking good! :)
I'm sure that's nothing compared to the news of the impending grandchild. Just think, he or she (or they?) will never know a smokey Grandpa. Ain't it great? :)
