Today went to the conveinance store where i usually buy smokes and didnt buy cigarettes! I didnt even look at them or want them!
I feel like its a small victory one. I am trying to stay as close as i can to here, so dont mind me if i write like 5 times a day! I feel as long as I stay close here it will be easier for me to stay with my quit. No one knows better about what I am going through than all of you guys here! No one I know can really support me as they are either non-smokers or smokers with no intention to quit!

joyfulspirit and cuddles have done. They started a thread
and add to it (like a journal) That way you can track
your progress or go back and read how you felt in the past and it's all in one place.
