I think what I enjoy most this week about being smogfree are the smells... the new good smells my nose never detected because it was always full of the stinky smell of smoke. Hi everyone - hope everyone hashad a good Monday. I think the thing I have enjoyed the most so far is that feeling that you get at the end of the day - that "Wow! I did it AGAIN today!!" Some days (the harder ones) it is sheer amazement, others (the easier days) its pure smugness!!!! Feels good though! Well, I do say that I am proud that I didnt choose to smoke this weekend. I just dont feel that proud today. The dreadful mind games. Not really with smoking, but of depression.
