Hi... I have been smoke free for 37 1/2 hours now. (notice I'm counting lol) I am really impressed with how well I can breathe. I'm also noticing that I haven't coughed, except maybe twice... which on any day before, it was probably close to 20, maybe even more. And my asthma is definitely gonna improve, I'm not wheezing like I was before, I can take deep breaths. I'm excited.. ..but.. I'm also craving really bad. I'm trying to ignore it.. and when the urge comes on, I've decided to exercise, in any form. And it's been working. So I think I've hit the nail on the head. And things should just get better.. Also.. Does anyone on here have yahoo messenger or AIM? I love talking to people, and this site really has helped me.
