hapiness is my mom who refuses to open the door to delivery men and hides behind the curtain to spy on them..at one time she refused to open the door to my dad who had come back from an extended holiday and was quite tanned simply cos she didnt recognise him!!!

Day 5 for me and still struggling. Seem to have an all day crave going on here. But hanging in and now going for groceries to get out of the house and have some healthy eating snacks on hand.

You have a road to travel and it can be such a happy journey if you give it a chance. Has your quit affected you this much that you feel so depressed? Maybe time to seek medical attention.
