I am new to the online suprt group. I recently cut back on my Paxil CR to 12.5 from 25. I ws doing alright till a wee before my monthly. Complete wreck crying jags, shakiness, black and darkness. I am also trying to start Lexapro 10 mills WITH the 12.5 of Paxil but I am scared to take two SSRI's together because of serotonin syndrome I hear can be fatal. Has anyone ever took to SSR's at the same time, I would love to hear from you. I think I need 25 mills of Paxil during that one bad week a month with the PMS and cramps then it seems the other 3 weeks I do fine on 12.5 of Paxil. I was told by my nurse to SLOWLY wean off Paxil CR and take Lexapro while I am doing it at the same time. I am afraid to take the Lexapro with the Paxil. I also take Klonopin at very low dosages. If anyone has these woman has these symptoms around her menstral time plese let me know. Alos if someone could tell me about there experiences taking 2 different serotonin antidepressants together I would apreciate it. I enjou this site very much! Thanks, Debi
