Thanks for answering my question, and yes I have a million questions where do i start, I think the answers will be tomorrow. I am now a non smoker I have stopped smoking and although I am not really religious I pray to God to help me . Laptop, What you are experience is what all of us experienced when we decided to quit smoking. So I guess that is normal. Yes, the first week is the hardest but just remember you can do this. I believe you can, and everyone here believes you can quit smoking. Have you read the thread called Prayer by mercy. It is really uplifting. Stay close and post if you need help. Laptop, When someone thinks that an earlier post will help you they will go to that post and reply to it by saying bump for Laptop or who ever the post is for.
