Nothing wrong with being concerned for him or telling him about us John but the guys are right, you can't quit for him & you can't let it distract you from your own quit. You are doing great & maybe seeing you hang in will motivate him.

You cannot make him quit. He will do it again when he is ready and then you can offer all the help you like. It's hard for you to watch but it is his choice.

He quit cold turkey and stayed quit for abt 3 months as far as I can remember. Just started smoking again as abt a month ago due to stress.
I told him that I quit, I told him about Chantix, told him to quit again. He said he would.
Should have told him about this site, I will do that at lunch time. Anything else I should add?
