Hi Cindy! Good for you! you are doing great! Sleepiness is very common. Sleep lots if you can, (can't smoke when you're sleepin) the first week is like that, knid of sleepy and foggy. Its your body healing and releasing the drugs! Keep on going! Smoking is not an option so do something else. NOPE :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 128 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,200 Amount Saved: $1,350.40 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 16 Mins: 12 Seconds: 58

Well, I guess this isn't so bad at times. Yesterday I sat in front of the tv all day and didn't really talk to anyone. That was how I wanted it though. I miss going outside and sitting on the porch with my morning coffee. Thats where I usually smoked when I was home. But we built a screened in porch and have never used it because we would rather be outside smoking. Now we can use it!!! That will be nice. The cravings hit hard at times, but I can remember that they will go away. It is weird that they go away when you don't feed it. I feel sure I will get through today too, but it is early yet. I am staying away from stressful situations as much as I can.
