Hey Dutch....congrats on your book and your efforts to support the non smoking community. I would suggest that you go to the Hall of Fame section and you will find so many stories about quitting. Since this is public information I do not believe that there is any copyright violations if you use some of that info. I am sure the mods will correct me if I am wrong. Good luck with your books.

I'm back and I have some news. I'm translating my book: Help!! There is a cigarette between my ears. in English. So far I'm doing good, Lynne helps me when I don't know the right words and she is doing great.
One of the chapters is: Every quit is different and that is where I would love to get some of your stories. It doesn't have to be long but tell me what you thought was easy and what was difficult for you. You have to know that everything will be in my book just as you tell me. You have to approve that I use the things you write.
