Jeniwho, Yes, it is actually quite common. In time you will adjust to the return of your taste buds and it may not feel so overwhelming. Until then, take advantage! Take the time to savour what you've been missing out on! Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

I have heard alot of people talk about how food taste better when they quit, and I have started to notice that some do. However, I have also started to notice some foods taste real bad. Things that I used to love like french fries I can't even eat anymore. Is this normal? If food really is supposed to taste like that does it mean I have been eating really disgusting food for 22 years?
