Example, that is what you are :) and a miracle also. You just never know who is watching and how your actions impact another.
Just remember your quit is yours and your mother's is hers. What works for you may not work for her. But the two you can give each one the hugs and supports that all of us quitters need.

My mom is about to be 66 on Monday, and has been smoking for about 46 years. She moved in with me last March.
Tomorrow is my 10th day without a cigarette, and today is the day she went to see the doctor for Chantix. I told her about this site and about how some people here are having success with it.
Plan on seeing her here buddies! She is going for it! I never thought my mom would quit smoking, and I am so grateful she is going to try that I had to share the news.
