Do you mean our online program? I would have to say that this program along with your real life counselling will both be beneficial to you.
The tools within our program may help your counsellor to give you the best treatment he or she can offer.

I have started counselling last week and was wondering if it would be counter productive to begin the program if I am already receiving couselling? I have only been to one session so far and have my second tomorrow so I am not sure of what my treatment will consist of.
