The support group is in fact similar to the SSC, what you can try doing is deleting your cookies. To do so, click on Tools (found beneath the browser), and then on internet options. From there you will click delete (cookies).
When finished, close the browser and then open up a new one and try again. If you continue to experience this problem, please contact us through feedback.
