I'l glad my signature has helped you, like you said "it just clicked", when I was preparing to quit, had my quit date set and was going thru the programs... all I could think of was "I won't ever be able to smoke again" I can't have another cig" "I don't have an out"... well, during all of the negative thoughts "it clicked" It's not that I can't smoke today it is more like I don't have to smoke today.... and the rest, as they say, is history.
