Energy level increase?

12 років тому 0 186 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
For me it was about a month before I felt like I truly had more energy .I was such a zombie the first month not myself at all.
I think we use any extra energy up on will power the first month to fight off the craves.
Keep focused, each day does get better.

So, I used the search feature and found that circulation improves and energy level increases after about a month.  So, I just need to be patient!!

Hi everyone -

So, one of the benefits of not smoking that I am looking forward to is the increase in energy level.  I am going on 20 days smoke-free and I have yet to experience this.  In fact, in breaking the habit, I have felt a decrease in energy and was hoping this would turn around soon.  Any thoughts?  Experience in terms of energy levels/time frames?

Thanks,
Shannon
