Wow! St.Patricks Day came along and reminded me of my anniversary! I still thank God I found this site when I was quitting. Lots of posting, lots of water, lot of snacks :(, throw in some NRT and a whooooole lot of grim determination and here I am 8 years quit and have NOT smoked over 175000 cigarettes! (gulp! ewww!)
