I am sorry to read you are feeling this way. When it comes to any sort of chest pain it is essential for you to get checked out by a doctor. Chest tightness can be related to withdrawal but if you are concerned at all, always get it checked out.
I am happy to be a part of this forum now. I would like you to help me out here. I am guy . 26 years of age and i have been smoking for like 5 years. I don't smoke packs a day .. but i smoke like 3-4 cigs a day. Now its been a week since i quit and now i problems regarding my left side. I feel weak there, I have a slight pain on the left side chest , shoulder and neck. it feel numb sometimes .. and i have pains like a pulse. hope u get what i am saying. It it a big problem or should i be worried about it. I feel very stressed out about this situation. And i feel i will die and thats why i can't sleep in the night. Plz help me.
