Agorophobia...different levels?

Lil_bit, Only a psychiatrist can make this diagnosis, however there are varying degrees of agorophobia. Everyone is different. Danielle _____________________ The PC Support Team

I guess I would be what is called agorophobic, meaning fear of leaving the house, or crowds, or wide open spaces, right? I pretty much only leave the house to go to the therapists and to a friend or family members house. I guess what my question is, are there varying degrees of agorophobia? I was just reading through week three and in the example they say that Anne is agorophobic, but she's out at a resturant, alone, waiting for her date. In my mind, agorophobia wouldn't let that happen, because from experiance I can say I know it'll be a long time before I'll be in that situation. At what point is a person considered agorophobic?
