In my opinion, this is best done by a combination of factors: 1) Read how others have succeeded 2) Form a support group with those who quit at the same time as you 3) Bond with 'older' quitters. Their experience may help you with your quit. 4) Support others. Especially at times when things aren't going well for you - spend time helping other people! A great way to forget your own troubles.
